Previous construction experience is beneficial but not required. The compensation varies between $40,000-$80,000 annually and is based on prior experience and skill level. We will provide on-site training and job safety. Room for advancement and increased wages.
Requirements:
- Physically able to lift 60 pounds
- Commit to a Full-time position (8:00 am- 4:00 pm)
- Provide documentation for I-9
- Must have reliable transportation (Most projects are located in Ventura County and San Fernando Valley)

I HIGHLY recommend Shelter Roofing and Solar. Scott is the owner. I just redid my roof 3 weeks ago. He was extremely knowledgeable and taught me what I should know, showed up when he said he was going to, & his crew was very respectful & cleaned everything up nightly. He's done 4 houses on my culdesac in the last 2 years. The only downside is he is very busy...though that's also the upside as it's a testament to the great work, honest quotes, & word of mouth that keeps him busy with work.
Can't say enough positive things about Shelter Roofing and Solar. Superb workmanship. We had some rafter damage that was repaired flawlessly. The crew cleaned up after themselves daily. The best advertisements are the compliments we are receiving from people who pass by. Our roof is stunning.
I just had a roof, solar tubes, and solar installed on my house and I am very happy with the results and the service I received from Shelter Roofing and Solar. I spent a lot of time researching companies and had 7 quotes before Chris came out. I can say that he was the most prepared and able to give me a quote on the spot for both the roof and the solar. The crew was courteous and clean. Top notch service from a great company. Definitely recommend.
We recently covered our patio and wanted a permanent roof to cover the newly installed ceiling fan and TV as well as the furniture. We live in a windy area during the winter so this was the way to go in lieu of corrugated metal or plywood. I asked around and my brother in law recommended Shelter Roofing and Solar having done the same type of job for them. They came quickly to look around and provide a estimate, explain the work that would be completed. From initial estimate to install was about one week. They were very flexible and knocked out a full roof in about 5 hours. The roof should stand up to anything now and added the shaded outdoor living area we were looking for. These guys are great and I'd recommend them to everyone!
